The directors of Bright Spark Precision Engineering Ltd have successfully completed a management buy-out of 100% of the share capital from Merc Engineering UK Ltd, and the business has subsequently demerged from the Merc Group. The new management team will be led by Jon Hoyle, Nigel Jenkins and Geoffrey Hall who between them have a wide knowledge-base and an appetite to grow and develop the organisation in the coming years. They are supported by a highly skilled and committed workforce and the business also enjoys a loyal base of customers and suppliers whom we would like to thank for their continued support. Following the demerger there will be a rebrand and name change – from now on we will be trading as Bright Engineering (North West) Ltd. Please note the company number, manufacturing location and workforce will remain the same.
